I am a founder who became a business advisor and leadership coach after building Healthy Basement Systems from a startup in 2004 into the largest basement and crawlspace environmental company on Long Island and successfully selling it. Along the way, I had mentors who helped guide and shape my growth as a leader and business owner and I now share those experiences.

For more than 50 years, I have built, operated, and led small businesses across many hands-on industries. Like most founders, I learned by doing—serving customers, hiring and developing people, solving problems, building systems, and carrying the full responsibility of the business.

I love business and enjoy helping people who want to get ahead and create something of their own. There is something deeply rewarding about building something meaningful and having the freedom to express that through your work.

My leadership foundation began at Moody Bible Institute, where I studied Theology and served in ministry and mission work. Those experiences continue to shape my values—integrity, service, responsibility, and faith in action.

I am also committed to giving back. I served for over 15 years on the Board of Directors for Long Island Community Values, including as Chairman of the Board, and continue to volunteer with S.C.O.R.E., mentoring new business owners. I was born and raised on Long Island and understand the towns, counties, and Long Islanders very well.

Bill lives in Islip, New York, and continues his mission of helping others reach their God-given potential—one leader, one team, and one business at a time.
